Volunteers have been a part of our adult education world since its beginning, and, when given adequate focus and attention, they can build capacity in adult education programming. This workshop will share best practices in utilizing volunteers in adult education, including ideas for finding, training, placing, and supporting volunteers. Participants will leave with ideas for partnerships and collaborations within their own communities.
